Senior Finance Analyst

About the role:

The largest brewery in the world has a vacancy open for Senior Finance Analyst at the Global team.

Responsible for managing the P&L, ZBB and CAPEX results for Global BEES, building insighful analysis, dashboards and PBI used by BEES VP's to build the area strategy.

Make the correct alignments within the PPM Office in GBX Campinas, BEES Office in New York as well as alignments with the zones for the monthly routines. Also help on Ad Hocs for both teams and be responsible to deep dive into BEES finance health.

Main Responsibilities:

·      Ensure the consolidation of accounting and managerial reports of BEES; 

·      Ensure the accuracy of information related to P&L reported by Zones; 

·      Reconciliate P&L reported by Zones to TM1 submission;

·      Analyze and discuss reported results by Zones; 

·      Manage and delivery Ad-hoc demands with quality and on requested time; 

·      Lead transformation projects (Anaplan, Power BI, improvements);

·      Make the interface between Global BEES and the Zones; 

·      Support BEES PPM.

Experience & Skills:

·      Accounting/Finance knowledge;

·      Knowledge in Microsoft Office (word, excel and power point);

·      Think cell tool;

·      Desirable:

·      Anaplan tool;

·      Cognos/TM1 tool;

·      Power BI;

·      Scrum methodology;

·      Graduation in Accounting, Business, Economy, Engineering and others.
